App Terms of Use

By using the App, you agree to all terms and conditions.

All other obligations regarding account, password protection, and data are governed by the general terms and conditions of Tobias Hess GmbH.

Tobias Hess GmbH does not guarantee that the App is error-free, available, or suitable for any purpose.
7.2 Scope of Liability
Tobias Hess GmbH is only liable for damages arising from the use of the App to the extent permitted by law.
Liability is limited to the amount you have paid under this App agreement, but not exceeding 1,000 EUR.
8. Changes
Tobias Hess GmbH may change this App agreement. Changes will be published regularly.
Continued use of the App after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.
9. Termination
Tobias Hess GmbH may suspend or terminate your use of the App at any time, especially in the event of violations of this agreement.
You may close your account at any time to stop using the App.
10. Complaints and Reports
You may report content, functions, or other issues in the App that violate the rights of third parties, applicable law, or this agreement.
Tobias Hess GmbH will review reported content and may take measures such as restricting access or removing content.
