The following guidelines explain which behaviors and content are permitted and how we can jointly maintain a safe, trustworthy, and professional environment.

  1. Reporting Abusive Content

We want our community to remain safe, respectful, and professional. If you encounter content that you believe violates these guidelines, you may report it at any time. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Profiles containing false or fraudulent information
  • Posts, comments, or messages that are harassing, discriminatory, or harmful
  • Content that promotes violence, hatred, or other harmful activities

1.1 How to Report Content

  • Use the reporting or flagging tools provided on the platform to report problematic content.
  • Please report content only if you reasonably believe a violation has occurred. Abusive reporting or false accusations are not permitted.

1.2 How We Handle Reports

  • Each report is carefully reviewed using trained moderators and automated systems.
  • Content that violates our guidelines may be removed, restricted, or labeled.
  • Repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions or suspensions.

Engage only in safe and respectful interactions within our community.
The safety of our members is our highest priority. Content and interactions must not harass, threaten, or endanger others.

2.1 No Harassment

  • Personal attacks, intimidation, shaming, defamation, or insults are not permitted.
  • Do not publish personal or sensitive data of other members (e.g., doxxing).
  • Encouraging harassment or repeatedly disrupting the community (trolling) is prohibited.
  • Our goal is to foster an environment of respectful interaction among all members.

2.2 No Violence

  • Threatening, promoting, or encouraging violence is prohibited.
  • We do not tolerate content that glorifies or supports violence, property damage, or criminal acts.
  • Members may not use the platform to support violent groups or glorify violence.

2.3 Protection of Children

  • We apply a zero-tolerance policy to content depicting the exploitation or abuse of children.
  • Content related to the sexual exploitation of minors must not be shared, distributed, or requested.
  • Even non-sexualized images of children may be removed if there is a risk of misuse.
  • Our goal is to protect minors in all aspects of the community.

2.4 No Illegal or Dangerous Content

  • Advertising, buying, or selling illegal or dangerous goods or services is prohibited.
  • Content promoting prostitution, escort services, forged documents, fraudulent examinations, or data trading is not allowed.
  • Lotteries, giveaways, competitions, or promotional campaigns must be conducted legally and transparently.
  • Sensational content exploiting tragic events for commercial purposes is not permitted.

2.5 No Dangerous Organizations or Individuals

  • Content that promotes terrorist or violent extremist organizations is prohibited.
  • Members affiliated with such groups may not actively post content or present themselves as part of the community.
  • Recruiting others for terrorist purposes or supporting violent acts is strictly forbidden.
  1. Trustworthiness

Our community relies on honest, authentic, and verifiable information. Members are expected to use their real identity, provide accurate information about themselves and their organizations, and share genuine content.

3.1 No False or Misleading Content

  • Content must not be false, misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive.
  • Do not distribute content intended to disrupt or improperly influence public opinion, elections, or societal processes.
  • Manipulated media (e.g., images, videos, or quotes) may only be shared if clearly labeled as altered or fabricated.
  • Content that contradicts the guidance of recognized health or scientific organizations (e.g., false information about vaccinations or medical treatments) is not permitted.
  • Publishing content in exchange for personal benefits (e.g., money, gifts, services) without clear disclosure is prohibited. Political advertising or endorsements in exchange for benefits are also not allowed.

3.2 No Fake Profiles or False Information

  • Create profiles only for yourself; fake profiles or profiles representing individuals or organizations you do not represent are prohibited.
  • Do not publish misleading or fraudulent information about your identity, company, qualifications, professional experience, or achievements.
  • Profile pictures must clearly depict you; using images of other individuals is not allowed.
  • Accessing, using, or creating accounts on behalf of others is prohibited.

3.3 No Fraudulent Activities

  • Deception, fraud, or taking advantage of other members is not permitted.
  • Content promoting pyramid schemes, romance scams, or other fraudulent activities must not be shared.
  • The distribution of malicious software or phishing attempts will result in immediate action.
  1. Professional Conduct

Our community is intended for professional exchange, networking, and learning. While a broad range of professional topics is welcome, interactions must always remain respectful, factual, and civil.

4.1 Respectful Interaction

  • Do not engage in rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward other members.
  • Discussions should remain constructive and professional.
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or attacks against individuals or groups based on origin, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics are not permitted.
  • Content that promotes violence, incites division, or denies historical facts (e.g., Holocaust, slavery) is prohibited.

4.2 No Sexual Content or Unwanted Advances

  • Unwanted expressions of affection, comments on appearance, romantic or marriage proposals, sexual innuendo, or obscene remarks are prohibited.
  • The community is not a platform for dating or sexual interactions.
  • Do not share nudity or sexually explicit content.

4.3 No Harmful or Shocking Content

  • Content depicting or promoting violence, severe injury, abuse, self-harm, suicide, or other harmful behaviors is not permitted.
  • Content promoting drug abuse, weapon manufacturing, theft, human trafficking, or other criminal activities is prohibited.
  • Escort services, prostitution, and the exploitation of children are strictly forbidden.
  • If you notice indications that someone may be considering self-harm, report this using the available tools and, where appropriate, contact local authorities.

4.4 No Spam

  • Unsolicited, irrelevant, repetitive, or commercial messages are not permitted.
  • Members may not use the platform to harass others through spam or distribute advertising without consent.
  • The goal is to share original, relevant, and professional content that fosters genuine engagement.
  • Manipulation of engagement (e.g., coordinated liking or sharing) is not allowed.

5. Enforcement of These Guidelines

If content is published or services are used in violation of this agreement or the applicable Community Guidelines, this may result in measures affecting content, features, or the respective user account. The measures taken depend on the nature, scope, and severity of the violation and may include restricting visibility, labeling, or removing content.

Where legally permissible and practicable, affected users will be informed of identified violations and the measures taken. Repeated or ongoing violations may lead to restrictions or temporary suspension of access to certain features. Users may request a review of enforcement actions.

In cases of particularly serious violations, especially those involving severe legal breaches or significant risks to others, we reserve the right to permanently restrict or terminate access to the user account without prior limitation of individual features.

Content that would normally be prohibited may, in exceptional cases, remain accessible if it clearly serves an informational, educational, or documentary purpose. In such cases, we may limit visibility or apply labels to allow users to avoid sensitive or potentially disturbing content. Such content will not be removed, and authors will not be penalized.
